We hosted our first workshop in february 2017 at the colorado school of mines.

The workshop included four panels of papers in progress, a trip to the Edgar Experimental Mine, a keynote lecture by Gabrielle Hecht, and a reception featuring poster presentations by Mines undergraduate and graduate student research on social responsibility and the underground.
